FAIRFIELD, CT- Sacred Heart University Women's Soccer head coach Matt Micros and the Sacred Heart University Women's Soccer team have announced the signing of 11 players to join the class of 2023 and will begin play in the upcoming 2020 season.

This year's class features, a Regional All-American, an All-New England performer, six All-State and 11 All Conference selections. Academically, the student-athletes will enter school in the fall with an average combined GPA of 3.63 from clubs represented in the three top girls youth soccer leagues in the country--the ECNL (5), GDA (2) and NPL (4), and represent six different youth clubs from five different states.

"Scott, Andre, Paul and I are extremely excited to build on the success of this year's Northeast Conference Semifinal appearance and believe this class will be able to blend in seamlessly with our strong returning core and contribute," Head Coach Matt Micros said.  "With all 11 starters returning in 2020, there is an excitement about the program and this class will only strengthen that resolve."
